The Winterhalter UC-M Energy Bistro dishwasher is a great choice for sites with limited space. By combining the functionality of a glasswasher and dishwasher, the Winterhalter gives you the option to wash whatever you need, without compromising on cleaning results. Able to wash up to thirty 500x500mm baskets every hour, the UC-M offers more than enough performance for smaller cafés, restaurants, hotels and pubs. It’s simple to use too, thanks to the intuitive digital touch screen which allows you to quickly and easily select wash programmes according to the load.

This dishwasher delivers a rinse temperature of 82°C for 12 seconds, a temperature that won’t be reached when handwashing. As such, cleaning your equipment with this commercial dishwasher is the only way to guarantee effective sanitation when washing – ensuring staff and customers are protected against transferrable viruses. Once cleaned, we recommend storing your equipment in the wash basket to reduce contact and handling.

If this machine is used in a medium or hard water area, an external water softener is required (sold separately).

This model features an advanced heat and steam capture function which dramatically reduces energy use and running costs. This also removes the need for an overhead condenser hood.
