The compact Winterhalter UC-S Energy Bistro dishwasher is a fantastic solution for smaller venues where both glasswashing and dishwashing functionality is required. Designed for performance and flexibility, the UC-S allows you to mix up your baskets, washing both delicate glassware and crockery when required. Intelligent programming and wash cycles ensure even stubborn residues are removed, leaving the contents sparkling clean. It’s easy to use too, thanks to the digital touch screen controls and simple self-cleaning system.

This dishwasher delivers a rinse temperature of 82°C for 12 seconds, a temperature that won’t be reached when handwashing. As such, cleaning your equipment with this commercial dishwasher is the only way to guarantee effective sanitation when washing – ensuring staff and customers are protected against transferrable viruses. Once cleaned, we recommend storing your equipment in the wash basket to reduce contact and handling.

If this machine is used in a medium or hard water area, an external water softener is required (sold separately).

This model features an advanced heat and steam capture function which dramatically reduces energy use and running costs. This also removes the need for an overhead condenser hood.
